Yes, we have 15 min free consultation time allotted to all our new patients coming to the clinic for the first time based on the therapist availability.
Physiomount currently deals with private health insurance, extended heath insurances, MVA and WSIB ,most of our services are covered by health insurances. Before visiting our clinic, we encourage you to review your policy to explore important details regarding coverage and billing. After your appointment, Physiomount staff members are happy to assist you in contacting your insurance company and asking all the appropriate questions to determine your coverage and eligibility for all our services. We can also assist you in submitting your insurance claim as well, as some insurance companies will allow us to bill them directly.
Our services are not covered by OHIP However, we do accept Extended Health Benefit Plans, Motor Vehicle Accident claims (MVA) and Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) claims.
We recommend you wear loose, comfortable clothing and close-toed comfortable shoes, like sneakers, to your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early, so you have time to fill out intake forms, and bring any materials (referrals, medical documents, etc.) that will be helpful or necessary for your care. Your appointment will begin with an assessment which will take 45 – 60 min by a qualified therapist. We offer comprehensive treatment plans including Chiropractic Care, Registered Massage Therapy, Foot Care Services/Products and more.
No, you do not require a doctor’s referral to book an appointment. However, based on your insurance requirement, you may require a doctor’s referral in order to be reimbursed by your insurance provider for any charges you may incur during Assessment and treatment.
Yes — we do accept patients that may have been involved in a motor vehicle accident (MVA) or a workplace injury (WSIB). Please bring your motor vehicle accident information, insurance and adjustor information and all accident related reports to your first appointment, so that we can handle the entire process smoothly.
