Sheetal is a Registered Massage Therapist with a caring and compassionate approach to healthcare. She earned her medical degree in India and worked in clinics and hospitals for several years before moving to Canada. To continue serving patients in the Canadian healthcare system, she completed her diploma in Massage Therapy. Her knowledge and experience allow her to provide personalized care tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her treatments focus on promoting relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being, with experience in Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, postnatal care, infant massage, chronic pain management, lymphatic massage, musculoskeletal conditions, Ayurvedic head massage, and Ayurvedic foot massage. She is passionate about continuing education and regularly seek opportunities to learn new techniques and enhance her practice. She is fluent in English, Gujarati, Hindi, and Marathi.
